As you probably already know, the coolest looking palindrome in Gregg shorthand might not be a real palindrome, but seems even enough for it. "I have not been able" is abbreviated, "avnba." As far as just beauty in Gregg shorthand goes, my favourite word is "appreciate".
After much intense study, I finally discovered the Gregg palindrome "I like".
