  1. My curiosity is in overdrive on this one. Please tell us more on what you read. I am wondering why any Hebrew speaker would need a shorthand that needs vowels for a language that for millenia has had an alphabet that is pretty simple in form and has diacritical marks for vowels but can get along fine without them. Hebrew is shorthand to a degree, with contractions, abbreviations, though I wonder about phrasing. I am interested in whatever details we can collectively contribute.    DOC
