Need a Shorthand Translater

I work in a law firm in Northern California.  We have a case in which some documents contain information in both handwritten English and what appears to my untrained eye to be Gregg’s shorthand.  I am interested in finding out what the shorthand says and nobody here has any knowledge of shorthand.  If the information written in shorthand proves to be relevant to our case, we may need someone who is capable of providing expert testimony to what the shorthand notations say.  I would appreciate any suggestions from knowlegeable people.

  1. I am a legal secretary in Nashville, TN, and I have written shorthand for over 35 years.  I use my shorthand skills daily.  If you are still in need of a shorthand translator, I may be of assistance.  Approximately how old are the documents containing the shorthand notes?   If possible, please provide a sample copy of the shorthand when you respond so that I may view it.  That way, I will be able to determine if I am a candidate for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
