Universal Gregg Shorthand?

I have had a problem in locating available Gregg shorthand books/materials for the French language and I was wondering if anyone has compiled a universal Gregg shorthand method for other languages that are transcribable using the IPA system of sounds?Thank you. (by redshift0101011 for everyone)
