I once found a link to a site that had free dictation sound files in everything from 40wpm to 220wpm. It was a simple site with two frames, and a cartoon secretary taking dictation as a mascot. Unfortunately, I can’t find the site again for the life of me, and I’m surprised it isn’t in the links section on this page!
Anyone know which one I’m talking about?

Figures that less than ten minutes later, I find what I meant.

Be sure to add it to the links, John!
Check out the thread about "computerized dictation", which is summarized over on our website,
http://www.cricket.onebit.ca/Nonfic/DictProg
You can get the computer to dictate any text at any speed. It takes some trial and error to get an exact speed, but it's more than good enough for studying. It's a combination of two programs. My part is free (and open source); the other part is a demo which also dictates "You are using a demonstration version; please buy me."
Cheers!

PS John, I'd like the link to
http://www.cricket.onebit.ca/Nonfic/DictProg
to be added to this site. Many have found it useful.
I have added both links. Thank you!!!
