Hi, Glenn. I'd be up for corresponding in Anniversary Gregg. My skill level is the same as yours. In the manual, I've got as far as, but not yet studied, the abbreviating principal and the analogical prefixes and suffixes. I should be able to read most stuff, but not really advanced. Email me at: message4jon@gmail.com if you'd like to correspond. I look forward to hearing from you.

Gregg Shorthand Series: Anniversary
Skill: Intermediate
Seeking/Comments: I'd like a pen-pal for the fun of it and to get reading practice, and meet someone new by post! In the manual I've got as far as the abbreviating principal and the analogical stuff, but not really studied it properly yet. Hope to hear from someone soon!

Gregg Shorthand Series: Simplified (but flexible to learn others!)
Skill: Beginner
Seeking/Comments: I have been learning Gregg Shorthand (Simplified) from a book I got online and I'd love the chance to practice reading and writing shorthand with someone. The manual I've been learning from uses GS Simplified, but I'm flexible and have done some lessons from the angelfishy Gregg Aniversary site and I'm flexible about which version I practice/learn. ^_^ Cheers! __________________________________________________

Gregg Shorthand Simplified
Skill: That nebulous zone between Beginner and Intermediate
Comments: I have been studying off and on for a couple of years now. I have made my way through the Simplified manual and am continuing with the 2nd edition of the Dictation book. I still struggle with some of the abbreviating principles, although I get better as my studies progress. I take notes, make lists, and even write rough drafts of short fiction and gaming articles using shorthand. I am open to helping beginners and/or getting critiques on my own samples.
Awesome that you're keeping at it!
