  1. I haven't needed to download an unzipping utility in some time (I beleive my mac has a native one?), but as I recall there exist a lot of free utilities with which to unzip these compressed files. If you go to download.com (by cnet) and search for "zip" or "unzip" there is a good selection sorted by operating system. I know when I ran on a windows I had winzip or stuffit expander, but there are probably better utilities nowadays. Check out the reviews, good luck.

  2. I believe there are some instructions on the website, but you may have to host the audio and images if you want to make a private deck from it. Assuming you have the app, I may be able to just share my decks as is from the program (given that i'm already hosting them), that way all you do is input a code in the app and it downloads directly do your device. I'll look into that when i get a chance. I thought to upload the raw data for everyone else not running on apple systems, but it would be much easier for those who are if i did it this way. I'll keep you posted.

  3. I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. It sounds like you're having trouble loading the decks. Are you using Flashcards Deluxe or another program? If you're on FD the easiest way to get the decks on your device is to download them directly to the device by following the instructions above just after "Update" and you won't even need to download the zip I posted here. If you are working on a different OS and program, I can look into it a bit, just let me know what you're running on and maybe I can figure something out.

  4. They work fine on FD, but I was just wondering if I could reverse the decks so that I start from outlines and check them against the English translations. The way I have them now they start with the English and I have to look at the back to see the outline.

  5. This is really fantastic. I found that it's possible to set the audio on and to use flashcards, and if you have a good will you can avoid parsing the Roman letters and just seek out which word outline matches the audio. Wonderful!
