Does anybody have this in digital form or know where i can get it?
(by Ryan for group greggshorthand)
The Gregg Group was founded 22 May 2004, prompted by the lack of online shorthand resources. As the primary use for shorthand — business and legal recording — has waned in recent decades, we generally acclaim the skill as a hobby or personal tool. The purpose of the group is to promote the use of Gregg systems of shorthand by providing advice to beginners, support for students, and an association of users of this efficient, attractive, and enjoyable method of writing.

Hey Ryan, shoot me an e-mail at joel@greggstudent.com
I'm also looking for this…
Carlos – is the key available on this site? Or is there a teacher's handbook that can be found on ebay or elsewhere? Or… Joel…. do you still post here and is your email address above still valid?
We don't have that in the site because of copyright issues. However, send me an email, and I'll see what I can do.
Gregg Speed Studies, 3rd Edition and its key should be in the public domain now.
Since it was originally published/copyrighted in 1941 under the 1909 Copyright Act, its copyright had to be renewed after 28 years. The Copyright Act of 1976 that followed granted all previously published books to 95 years of copyright protection (i.e. until 2036)–if, and only if–it had manually renewed its copyright in 1969 when it was set to expire.
My research indicates that it was not renewed, and thereby not protected under the Copyright Act of 1976, since it does not appear in the Catalog of Copyright Entries for 1969. (https://archive.org/details/catalogofco1969323112libr/page/2914/mode/2up?view=theater).
This analysis could be confirmed by an official audit by the U.S. Copyright Office for a fee of $200/hr with a two hour minimum at https://www.copyright.gov/forms/search_estimate.html.
