The Gregg Group was founded 22 May 2004, prompted by the lack of online shorthand resources. As the primary use for shorthand — business and legal recording — has waned in recent decades, we generally acclaim the skill as a hobby or personal tool. The purpose of the group is to promote the use of Gregg systems of shorthand by providing advice to beginners, support for students, and an association of users of this efficient, attractive, and enjoyable method of writing.

Negligence case? Heavens, NO. This was the famed "Harry Lee," a fictitious take made up of as many reporting shortcuts as Dupraw and Swem could cram into it.
Ah, you uncovered the secret! 🙂
This is Case #12 from the book "Testimony Dictation", by Louis Leslie.
Harry Lee was a very busy man, suing and being sued by everyone!
I can't read a single word LOL.
Not true! You can at least read the second line. And the first line is a phrase, which you could probably decipher by pulling it apart.
