A question about different books

I’ve been looking at used shorthand books online and I’ve come across “Individual Progress Method,” “Structured Learning Method,”  and “Programmed Gregg Shorthand, Experimental Edition.” Does anyone have any idea what the difference is in these books?

I’m considering doing a video on how to write newly arrived words in Gregg Shorthand. Words like “e-mail” and “internet” that entered our vocabularies after most of the available shorthand dictionaries were written. What modern words do you encounter that might be good to include?
