Hello!
Just plainly curious and/or confused: Are there any differences between the 1936 ed. and the 1943 ed. of Gregg – FM Anniv Ed Vol 1 & 2?
Thanks so much!
The Gregg Group was founded 22 May 2004, prompted by the lack of online shorthand resources. As the primary use for shorthand — business and legal recording — has waned in recent decades, we generally acclaim the skill as a hobby or personal tool. The purpose of the group is to promote the use of Gregg systems of shorthand by providing advice to beginners, support for students, and an association of users of this efficient, attractive, and enjoyable method of writing.

Manuals have a copyright year (which denotes the edition) and a printing date. The printing date is denoted with a printer code in the form of letter-number-letter-number (for example, D-72-D-50, meaning April 1939), or "month year" for those books printed after March 1942. Reprints are exactly the same as the last copyrighted version.
As far as I know, the Anniversary FM manual had only one edition (published in 1936), with numerous reprints. The next edition of the FM manual was the FM Simplified series.
Thanks for this, Carlos! Very helpful
You're welcome!
