Hello,
some quotes from Tristan Bernard, an French author famous for his humour…

The Gregg Group was founded 22 May 2004, prompted by the lack of online shorthand resources. As the primary use for shorthand — business and legal recording — has waned in recent decades, we generally acclaim the skill as a hobby or personal tool. The purpose of the group is to promote the use of Gregg systems of shorthand by providing advice to beginners, support for students, and an association of users of this efficient, attractive, and enjoyable method of writing.

I think the second quote was plagiarized from Oscar Wilde's very same quip!
"The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself, with desire for what its monstrous laws have made monstrous and unlawful." From The Picture of Dorian Gray.
I agree with you, I think Bernard repeated the quote, since Wilde's novel was published before Bernard quoted it.
I agree there's an "air de famille"…
Maybe… there was a "meeting of minds" ?
🙂
Nice! Some pithy comments:
1. Bernard is written with two reversed circles, the a and the e (the r is not written):
2. The f in enfance on #5 is too large: it looks like a v.
3. On #6, à faire can easily be phrased (a – f).
4. Also on #6, I would've phrased de jour en jour as d – j – oo hook – j – oo hook (similar to de plus en plus).
I noted your remarks, Carlos… I agree to them.
Changes will be made… in time.
Thanks!
