Am I reading this outline correctly?

It’s the large outline near the middle of the page– “dean of [???].” My best translation is “Greatwills.”

I have two problems with it–first of all, there is no such thing as Greatwills, or Greatwells, to my knowledge. Second of all, I would again expect it to be capitalized, yet it is not. What am I not factoring in? Thank you!

  1. Yep, Hal has it right. In Simplified, "girl" is "g-r-l" (ever reminding me, amusingly, of "grrrl"). Took me a bit to get used to the Anniversary "g-l".
