So interesting! Although I learned Diamond Jubilee Gregg I can read most of Simplified Gregg – this article, peaked my interest and in further reading I discovered a few of the reasons Roald Amundsen arrived ahead of Scott as the first person to reach the South Pole. Amundsen secretly departed three weeks earlier than Scott and used only sled dogs in his quest, whereas Scott also used ponies! Thanks again, I learn so much from these articles and enjoy transcribing them.
Great! I’m glad you liked it.
