Work

The Crown of Wild Olive by English writer John Ruskin is a collection of essays dealing with various topics. It was published in 1866, and contains his last lectures at the University of Cambridge, dealing with subjects such as work, traffic, and war. Here is an excerpt from Lecture I: Work, transcribed by yours truly in Centennial Gregg.
