Gregg Shorthand Dictionary-Preanniversary 1902-High Resolution Scan on Internet Archive

Today, I put a new high-resolution color scan of the 1902 Gregg Shorthand Dictionary that matches the 1902 Preanniversary Gregg Shorthand manual. The PDF file I placed on the Internet Archive several weeks ago was lower resolution. This new scan is a great improvement over my earlier scan.

This dictionary was first published in 1902. This book was sold until September 1916 when it was replaced by a later version that matched the 1916 Gregg Shorthand Manual.

This color scan was created from a clean copy of this book with shorthand plates that are not faded. This tiny book measures 3.5” x 5”. Based on the Gregg Publishing Company offices that appear on the title page, this copy was printed between January 1908 and August 1912.

The book was created by first typing the English words on the pages; then later, the shorthand words were handwritten by Pearl A. Power.
