welllll, I don’t know what shorthand to compare it to for meanings.. BUT! I would Name that type of shorthand (If it’s original from you..) Lifeline shorthand.
as it looks like those lines on the heart beat monitor in hospitals. (I’ve always nicknames them lifelines.)
I’m not sure how it’d hold up under distinction between each other over adding more words in that system, though.
I like universe the most. : )

Syllable with a symbol.
Main features of this system is to use a dot-matrix.
So that it can in the limited space that more words.
And it will not cross the border from top to bottom.

On a line, we will be able said 2,187 kinds of syllables!
So that English should be no problem.
Other languages should be sufficient.
