Pooping fountain pen >_>

Well, I currently have a parker vector and it has a problem. It seems to spew out alot of ink. Whenever I open it, tons of ink are smeared around the nib and the barrel. It’s quite horrifying. I’m worried that the ink might dwindle away rapidly. Please help. (by zekiel1999 for everyone)
