The purpose of the group is to promote the use of Gregg systems of shorthand by providing advice to beginners, support for students, and an association of users of this efficient, attractive, and enjoyable method of writing.
The spiral binding is plastic, not metal, so I’m not sure about the vintage of this notebook.

I think I see patent numbers at the bottom of the front cover. You could look up those patents online to get the earliest possible manufacture date of this item, but it could have been made at any time after those patents were issued (including yesterday, theoretically). Might be interesting to see if any other patents were issued to the same person or company.
The patent numbers are almost impossible to read because of the heavy ink . . . but possibly 1516932 and 1942026.
Pretty vague patents, possibly not invented by Gregg people. Maybe they were paying royalities to the patent-holders when the notebook was made?
